Dave Duchene - assistant instructor, maelstrom Martial Arts

History

Dave Duchene has been training one martial art or another since childhood. He attained 2nd Dan in Uechi-Ryu while training under Master Bob Kehayes at the Halifax Karate Academy, and is currently ranked Lakan Guro Isa in Pekiti Tirsia Kali, under Tuhon Loki Jorgenson at Maelstrom Martial Arts.

Dave actively trains Dog Brothers Martial Arts, and also has spent notable time on Mande Muda Pencak Silat, Tracy's Kenpo, Aikai Aikido, Jukai Jitsu, and Chito Ryu Karate.
